These courses are highly valuable for professionals such as Pilates instructors, physiotherapists, and personal trainers.

The CoreAlign method offers numerous benefits for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, performance improvement, and better functional movement in everyday life.

 

The training consists of two stages:

 

CoreAlign1  

An introduction to foundational CoreAlign knowledge and intermediate level exercises.

16 hours

The course covers the theory behind the CoreAlign method, brought to life through:

  • Over 60 fundamental exercises designed to develop functional movement skills.

  • Key movements including plank, standing, and supine exercises.

  • A strong focus on core integration, strength and balance in both upper and lower body, power, posture, and dynamic flexibility.

  • Progressions and regressions that make the method adaptable for all types of clients.

  • Specific modifications and safety considerations for special populations.

  • Clear and practical instruction on all technical aspects—from equipment setup and maintenance to the essential safety measures for proper use.

CoreAlign 2 Progressions

Intermediate
Advanced Exercises

This course builds on the foundations of CoreAlign 1, offering:


  • More advanced progressive exercises, including new movement categories, training options, and teaching techniques.

  • A detailed analysis of key objectives: core stabilization, integrated rotation, complex movement patterns, and the introduction of CoreAlign Rotational Discs.

The goal is to help you fully understand how to maximize the method’s benefits, providing a true differentiator for your clients.

Prerequisite: Completion of CoreAlign 1.
