The PFilates program is a comprehensive and effective program created by American urogynecologist Dr. Bruce Crawford. This method combines plyometric and Pilates exercises to increase pelvic floor activity up to ten times more than a basic Kegel exercise.
Our program consists of two 30-minute sessions per week in which we'll work with personalized exercises that best suit your needs. You'll also have our online support to continue your program daily from home.
